Shipping policy

Grace Held currently ships to the United States and Canada.

Delivery time: every physical item is printed to order just for you. On average, orders arrive 10–14 days after they're placed and processed. Some arrive a few days sooner and others a few days later, depending on the item and the print partner making it.

Shipping rates

Shipping is charged at flat rates at checkout. US standard shipping is $4.99–$9.00 depending on the product ($13.99 for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), and express shipping is $15.00. Mugs ship at a $7.29 flat rate within the US.

No shipping required. Your file is delivered instantly by email and is also available on your order status page immediately after purchase.

Premium Spiral-Bound Edition

This edition is printed to order. Please allow a short production window before your order ships — production time is separate from shipping time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email once your journal is on its way.

Paperback Edition

This 6×9 perfect-bound edition is purchased right here on graceheld.com and printed to order just for you. Please allow a short production window before your order ships — production time is separate from shipping time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email once your journal is on its way.

T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies & Mugs

Our apparel and mugs are printed to order just for you by our trusted print partners. Please allow a few business days for production before your item ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email once it's on its way.

Orders With More Than One Item

Items may arrive in separate packages. Because different items are made by different print partners, an order that includes, for example, a shirt and a mug may ship from two locations and arrive on different days. Each package will have its own tracking number.
